TO START THE REPAIR PROCESS
Please email email@example.com listing the issues you are experiencing and the machine name and model.
When sending in your repair please include the following
The machine, carefully packaged and clean.
Proof of purchase (for warranty repairs)
A return address
If you are sending in from overseas please mark the parcel as a ‘Repair’ as we do not cover import charges.
If your machine is still in its 12 month warranty then the repair carried out will be free of charge.
This warranty will be voided under certain circumstances listed below -
Dropped (On the floor, or in liquid)
Attempted home repairs
Over lubing the machine
Contaminated with ink or bodily fluids
(Due to health and hygiene we will not accept heavily contaminated machines, please be respectful of our engineers, the tools we use and your own customers and keep your machines clean.)
OUT OF WARRANTY?
We can still help you out. Shell changes usually start at £15/£20 depending on the model. Motor replacements are around £60 depending on the device model.

Repairs can take anywhere from 5 days to 14 days depending on the volume of orders and repairs we have in house. All repairs enter a queuing system when they arrive and are looked at in date order. Once we have diagnosed the issue we will get in touch and let you know how we will proceed and how long you can expect to wait.
Older models such as the Apex Overkill, Apex Nano, V1 and V2 machines (the first generation) are no longer being produced. If you have purchased one of these machines from a distributor it is old stock and are sold without a warranty included.
